Eid decorations on Etsy

The last few years we have seen a rise of mainstream brands catering to/capitalising on Muslims, whatever you want to call it. A positive outcome is that Muslim Businesses can use mainstream platforms, like one of our favourites; ETSY.COM. Whilst your local Supermarket or craft shop may have Eid bunting, remember to keep supporting these Muslim entrepreneurs.

As Ramadan approaches, I start ordering my Eid decorations and also look to Etsy for Eid gifting ideas too. There is always so much choice! Whilst you are focused on Ramadan, remember to make Eid special too. The last three years I have decorated the house to bring in both Ramadan and Eid for my children.

Here are a few of my favourite Etsy Eid picks. If you want to see what else is out there then head over to Etsy and search 'Ramadan' or 'Eid'. They are also great for wedding favours and Aqeeqahs!

The supererogatory struggle. The Nafl Prayer.

By Ashiya Mendheria | May 27, 2017

With Ramadan here, I try to reflect on the past year and think about what I need to improve on in terms of my worship. There is a difference between thinking prophetically and acting prophetically,…

By AMALIAH WRITES | May 23, 2017

Vigil held in Manchester Albert Square I know my beautiful city of Manchester is wounded badly right now but please give me a moment to express the following: Dear Muslims,  We’ve dreaded this moment for ever, the day that terror comes home to our midst as if there wasn’t enough of it in the world…
