Magnesium deficiency is a pretty serious concern. It can lead to many ailments and chronic illness such as cramps, muscle contractions, adhd, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, migraines (there’s WAY more to this list!) those with these symptoms wouldn’t usually attribute this to a mineral deficiency. Upto now, I haven’t seen a client who wouldn’t benefit from raising their magnesium levels. The great thing is that it can be sorted out relatively easily.

Food sources of magnesium include, Green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Modern day food processing removes a lot of mineral contents from food which means that for some people, they don’t get nearly enough of their RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) and nowhere near enough to address a deficiency.

Other than dietary intake, I also recommend topical magnesium in a spray form (also known as transdermal magnesium) is an easy way of raising magnesium levels, particularly for individuals suffering from magnesium deficiency and those who have a hard time assimilating it from food or dietary supplements.

Due to its efficiency, the spray is regarded to be a very cost effective way to balance the magnesium level in one’s body as you have the guarantee that it is absorbed quickly and properly. It is also very convenient as it takes seconds to apply it as it reaches the muscles in an instant, some people have reported instant relief. How amazing is that?

I’ll leave you with two quotes from Dr Norman Shealy who is a world leader in the field of Depression and Pain Management

“Every known illness is associated with a magnesium deficiency”

“Magnesium is the most critical mineral required for electrical stability of every cell in the body. A magnesium deficiency may be responsible for more diseases than any other nutrient.”
