When I think of Jouer Cosmetics, I think of their famous ‘Citrine’ Highlighter and the Lip Topper that went viral and sold out, making everyone want to get a glossy shine on their lips. I also think of my first Jouer purchase which is the Essential Matte and Eyeshadow Palette. It’s a great nude palette that feels like a dupe to the newly released Nars Fully Loaded eyeshadow palette.
