Mariah Idrissi is really paving the way for a different type of Influencer, who like a lot of Bloggers and Influencer began in the Fashion & Beauty space, first appearing in an H&M Campaign. We’ve seen her use her influence to talk about history, politics, charity as well as world events. It is arguable that bloggers and influencers alike are influencing the thoughts of the current and next generation and it is not to be taken lightly.

During the General elections, we saw Sebina and Dina Tokio encourage people to vote and more recently, Habiba Da Silva highlighting how to help people in the aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy.

Mariah Idrissi has for some time been letting us know of an upcoming project and even launched a Twitter poll asking for input.

She has often spoken about the importance of knowing our history and where we came from. She speaks about using her influence ‘for the bigger picture’ too. Perhaps this is the start of more enlightening content which will lead us to more conversations and questions.  The video is due to be released today so follow her across Social Media and be the first to watch!  This is something different and we are pretty excited too!
