#GirlGangFast – The Twitter Hashtag Helping Muslim Women Make up Missed Fasts

With less than 2 weeks to go until Ramadan (I KNOW) the countdown is on to make up missed fasts from last year. Every year I tell myself that I WILL do them in winter but every year I play myself, yet again, and find myself scrambling to make them up. And I am definitely not alone, this year in the run up to Ramadan #GirlGangFast, a hashtag started by Shahd Batal and Amina @blackishgold_, the point being to provide support and solidarity to make up fasts before Ramadan.
May Allah allow us all to see the upcoming Ramadan, Ameen.
