Layering was a key theme across runways for this Autumn Winter, which is perfect for us here the UK, with storm Callum coming in full force. Think textures, volume, knits, jumpers, and hoodies over dresses, jackets, and coats with combination patterns, and colours. The runway was set alight with designers such as Balenciaga who masterfully played with dimensions in colour and texture to give the impression of a 9 layer outfit. Chanel projected a more classic and simple approach with hoodies, over padded and quilted jackets, and dresses. While Prada went for visibly multi-layered neon ensembles for the long winter nights, to battle the cold in style, Prada interprets the ability to give many layers of protection for women. If this look is a little OTT for your taste all is well, the high street has got you, with more work, everyday friendly looks.
