Lately, Instagram has become a negative place for me to compare myself to others and feel bad about myself. I know this is the case for so many girls so I wanted to touch on it here! Please know that the perfectly curated photos on your feed are not real life. Everyone has struggles and anxieties that they are dealing with. Taking a step back was exactly what I needed to feel myself again. I just had to remember what was truly important to me! Social media can get unhealthy if you’re just feeding your insecurities everyday. Take a break if you need to! Remember that God has everything planned perfectly, you just have to do your best everyday and leave it all up to Him 😘
