This weeks style crush comes from a family of style, as older sister Mariam Alsibai, British Syrian designer and founder of the brand Mariam Alsibai featured in magazines including Vogue Arabia. One of the unsung heroes behind the brand, for content curation, set design, marketing, aesthetic, and social media is her very talented sister Esma Al- Sibai. This fashion mogul has been setting trends for a while, and has been on our radar. She studied interior architecture at University and is now a co-founder, she also finds time to fit in seasonal family weddings across the pond and shows ease when making her looks interchangeable, based on her geographical influences climatising with class and elegance. She invented the hat turban combo and draws on a flurry of influences that span across time, and cultures often referencing icons like Frida Khalo. This weeks style crush is for sure one to watch.
