Women’s March held annually on January 21 has evolved and looked to ensure inclusion of current issues. Whilst last year saw the march center around Trump the march is an effort to bring attention to the many issues that affect women. There has also been recognition that without intersectionality and recognition of diverse experiences that the march only benefits white women.

I stand in solidarity with every person, community, and country that has faced hatred because of Trump's policies. We're going to march and fight until those policies change and that hatred ends. #MuslimWomenMarch #WomensMarch2018 pic.twitter.com/A0h3MND1Uq
