by in Culture & Lifestyle on 15th March, 2018

While a number of dessert bars and burger places have opened up over the last few years which have attracted a number of Muslims it can sometimes feel like the only halal activities out there is eating! Here are 5 board game cafes that you can venture out to, perhaps make a day trip out of the ones that are out of the neighbourhood. I would bear in mind that some of them have bar vibes in the evenings.

This one is a slight cheat but a well-hidden one that I came across when going to watch a movie. Everyman Cinema in Kingscross has a cosy cafe with a number of board games. A perfect date – grab some food and drinks, play some board games and if you still have time, watch a movie.
