We’ve rounded up some of our favourite Instagram accounts to help you get through Ramadan, from home cooking connoisseurs to dining out expert diners we’ve got a little something for everyone.

@thewaytoweightloss

I don’t know about you but I find being healthy in Ramadan a real struggle at times. The culprit is normally social gatherings or my parent’s house where there are enough samosas and fried foods to feed a small village. The key for me to ensure a healthy and nutritious Ramadan is planning my meals and ensuring I am changing it up regularly so I don’t end up giving into cravings. I love @thewaytoweightloss with endless healthy recipe ideas as well as workouts this Ramadan. Aishah is a doctor, a qualified PT.

I am one of those people who loves to budget on like everything.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Old habits die hard an' all that. #studentlife for 6 years still lives on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Anyway, eating a healthy and nutritious meal does not have to cost a bomb. Yes, those healthy snack bars are priceeeeeey but we don't need to be munching on those – ok?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is a meal I rustle up quite often. Not only is it dead simple but its so cheap too – even though it uses quinoa which is probably one of the health foods that I buy that is on the more "pricey" side.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Coming in at just £1.13 per serving is this quinoa, spinach and potato salad:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Chop up 1 onion into fine pieces and add to a pan with a little bit of warm oil along with salt to your taste, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp tumeric powder, 1/4 tsp paprika powder and 1 tsp chilli powder. Sautee for 5 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Add in 200g spinach (can be frozen or fresh) and sautee for 5 minutes before adding in 3-4 small potatoes chopped (add less if you feel like it)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Mix well and cook on low /medium heat until potatoes have softened.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Meanwhile cook 100g quinoa as per the instructions.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Add the cooked quinoa to the pot with the spinach and potatoes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Enjoy!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #healthylife #healthyliving #livinghealthy #health #weightlossdiet #weightlossmeals #weightloss #weightlossjourney #weightwatchers #mealideas #cheapmeals#easymeals#healthycurry #budgetmeals #healthyfood #healthyeating #healthylunch #weightloss #thewaytoweightloss #slimmingworld #weightwatchersuk #ww #weightlossjourney #healthjourney #yummyfood #cheapmealideas#weightlossforstudents #studentmeals

This is hardly a recipe but more of a suggestion to try #avocado mash on tortillas instead of toast. First layer some salad greens (whatever you have on hand) onto the warmed tortillas, then add a generous amount of super soft avocado 🥑 mashed up (the small ones are perfect), then add a mixture of sour cream + @mountainhighyoghurt (equal parts), then hot sauce, lemon or lime and if you have something tangy like pomegranate seeds that’s an extra cool flavor and texture as they burst in your mouth with all the others being a little more tame on the palette. Might sound odd but this is what happens when you #cleanoutthefridge and #finishthetub of #halalcertifiedyogurt on hand.
