4. Shazfit

Shazia Hossen is the founder of Shazfit, her fitness journey starting in 2013, in working toward a stronger, and healthier lifestyle. She started training consistently, boxing, weight training, and calisthenics. She achieved a healthier mindset, and stronger body, and loved it! She began to wear hijab during Ramadan of 2015. She, therefore, had to make changes to her training attire, she needed something modest but comfortable. She found sports outfits were expensive and not very modest leading her to design her own line of sports modest wear, SH Athletics. She now owns her own sports empire. She gave us the low down on keeping fit during Ramadan.

They interview Muslim women in various walks of life and ask them the questions that nobody usually asks. We give them the chance to speak about themselves and for themselves. We help deliver their message and share each story, one by one. Showing a new story once every two weeks.
