It has been almost three weeks since Ramadan began, it has been quite eventful for Amaliah. Just in case you forgot we have started a series this Ramadan, 30 days, 30 people, 30 perspectives. You will be taken across the world, following a day in the life of an incredible Muslim woman,  over on our Instagram. Each woman talented and skilled in her own light, letting you into her Ramadan world.  Medina, the blogger behind Grillo Designs. Is a self-acclaimed, “IKEA-loving-upcycling-junkie-DIY-Passionate-home-décor-crazy momma and wife”. Grillo Designs is where she shares her cool DIY designs.  Medina let us into her day, and it was incredibly productive.

3) Eeman Abbasi

Eeman is a fierce human rights Advocate and community organizer, she is a researcher, and co-Director at more than 10k.  She is also an Editor at Traversing Trad. Last year, Abbasi kicked off our Instagram stories, where she visited a refugee camp in Greece, and this year she reminded us of the continued struggle by diverting us to Greece once more where her friend was helping.

4) The Brown Hijabi

Suhaiymah Manzoor-Khan is a Muslim woman of Pakistani heritage from the UK. She was born in Bradford, raised and state-schooled in Leeds, graduated from a history degree at Cambridge University and master’s in Postcolonial Studies at SOAS.Suhaiymah is a writer, spoken-word poet, speaker, playwright and founder of.
