Amaliah Live! Podcast: How to Get Your Book Published

by in Culture & Lifestyle on 2nd January, 2020

Amaliah had the pleasure of collaborating with Waterstones Gower Street for our premiere live event, Amaliah x Waterstones Presents; How To Get Published.

Chaired by our co-founder Nafisa Bakkar, we had the pleasure of interviewing the incredible, Yasmin Rahman, Hafsah Dabiri, Abi Fellows – literary agent from The Good Literary Agency and Assistant Editor at Puffin and Asmaa Isse, who has worked with brands like Roald Dahl and authors like Stephen Fry, on a panel to help our audience members navigate the publishing and writing industry. The event offers a helpful step-by-step insight into writing and publishing, either as an independent publisher or with a publishing house.

It’s your 101 on everything writing-related and an absolute must for anyone venturing into the industry as a prospective author or publisher. The event was a massive success and we look forward to bringing you more industry insights at Amaliah!
