Private chef and caterer, Saima Khan of The Hampstead Kitchen has launched a new and fun way to dine with Social Bubbling. Renowned for her vibrant banquets and beautifully arranged feasts, sought after private chef Saima Khan has catered to the likes of The Royal Family and The Obamas.

Some of you may recognise Saima from her brilliant Instagram story takeovers over on Amaliah, her delicious recipe column here or from the Amaliah podcast! Now Saima has turned her hand to preparing a range of Bubble Banquets that are brought to your garden or driveway, on grand silver mezze platters, freshly assembled and finished off outside your home, giving you the opportunity to create your own special dining experience.

Just in time for summer the Bubble Banquets will include personalised menus of international flavours – think Persian banquets, Mediterranean feasts and Nordic smorgasbords, dishes plated on beautiful ceramics, table linen, crockery and candles, without a plastic box in sight.

Date Night Bubble. These have been are most requested banquet in the last 2 weeks. We’ve done a proposal to NHS doctor, a memorial services, countless birthday and anniversary celebrations and even a zoom wedding after party. At the heart of each of these Bubble Banquet is a story of a belated celebration and how important food& drink is to help celebrate that occasion & to commemorate a loved one that’s passed away. With countless restaurants including high end ones too offering takeaway and delivery we are the only ones in London at this minute creating a bespoke experiences where the food is presented in proper ceramics with part service and clearance. All our clients have to do is is dress up, grab a bottle of wine and we take care of everything including the dirty dishes, Our favourite client is a couple who have a reoccurring booking currently every week and dress up in different attire every week. This week was a bond theme with a black tie, was hilarious. Right today is Saturday 6th or June and we are also announcing the winner of competition to win a bubble banquet for 6. The winner is drum roll please, Alex @lexykc80 and her gorgeous friends. Her comments about love, loss & tragedy touched us and there is nothing more better than the power of food is heal, give comfort & give joy to. Well done we will be in touch about arranging this. All dishes are then collected after your meal, meaning no washing up or plastic waste. All that is required is for you to dress for the occasion and Social Bubbling will dress your table.

The menus change with the seasons, ensuring the freshest produce as well as offering vegan, vegetarian, Kosher, Halal, gluten and lactose-free options.
