Healthy Suhoor Smoothies for Ramadan

by in Culture & Lifestyle on 10th May, 2019

Suhoor is a sunnah and I find it can really transform your fast for the day and thus your ibadah in Ramadan. It’s important to eat slow releasing energy foods like oats and hydrate yourself with water and fruits. I find a good Suhoor needs a smoothie that can pack all those things in and it not only helps me have an easier fast but I am more focused in my salah and reading Quran. They are really good for iftar too, I would add more veggies like spinach and cucumber at that time. Here’s some Inspo for the week ahead.
